Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Items are posted from Melbourne, Victoria via Australia Post / eParcel within 1-2 working days after receiving full payment. If your order is placed on a Friday afternoon or on a weekend, your order will be processed the following business day. Please note during public holidays and busy sale periods, our processing times for orders will take 3-5 days.
Cost of shipping: FLAT RATE 8.95 AUD within Australia
Australia Post parcels come with tracking. Items usually arrive within 3-9 business days in most areas.
International Shipping (New Zealand, U.S.A. & Canada)
Items are posted using Australia Post International Standard and your country's connecting shipping company. Once dispatched, please allow 2- 3 weeks to get your parcel.
Items are calculated by weight at checkout.
CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES
Purchases outside Australia may be subject to customs tax. Buyer is responsible for any customs or duties that apply. If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, we will deduct the postage cost from your refund. Please check with your country's customs regulations about import duty rates prior to ordering.
Please be aware that once your parcel has been dispatched by us, we have no control over delays caused by shipping companies. This sadly can happen at times, especially during busy periods/ holiday season. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit or potentially stolen items. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Kindly inspect items upon receipt and notify us within 1-2 days if items are damaged or defective. If items are faulty, kindly send us a message through this website or firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds do not cover any damage as a result of improper care or handling by the customer.
We cannot accept returns that have been used.
For change of mind, items must must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. Notify us within 1-2 days after receiving items. In this case, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the customer must incur the cost of return postage.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If items are returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, cost of repostage is shouldered by the customer.
Exchange & Returns (FOR SHOES) If you had picked the incorrect size or style, please notify us within 1-2 days if you would like an exchange. The shoes must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging within two weeks of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the postage cost in returning the shoes to us unless you received an incorrect or faulty item. The cost of repostage of the new pair is incurred by the buyer.
Shoes on clearance/seconds: We occasionally put shoes on sale that have cosmetic defects but in wearable condition. The defect would be specified on the item description. We do not offer exchanges in these sale items.
